Luda Day Weekend

Last weekend I made a trip down to Atlanta to play in Ludacris' "Luda Day Weekend" celebrity showcase as a member of Justin Bieber's team to play #TeamLuda. At half time we went down so me and Bieber had to find some motivation in the locker room...check the pep talk!!!

The designated camera man (my best friend @TroubleT3ABM) forgot to video exclusive highlights of the game due to the excitement. I'll make sure I do my own video log out there in Vegas!!! #chuuuch

Week Two At Work

What's goody???

Told you all I would try and keep you up to date and that's what I'm doing as we survive this lockout. Right now I'm still down at IMG academy working out under the direction of Dan Barto.

Lately I've been in the gym working out and after the 2 hours of work I always try and new dunk and post it to youtube....I think I'm going to make 7 videos to fill up a week of videos. All music done in the background will be music that i've recorded myself along with recording artist @PhlyyB....I show a little more every week....Check OUT week #2!!!

Update....

Hey guys,

So I've been gone for a while to live a little bit after being drafted. I am currently back at IMG working out for the rest of the summer and rest of the lockout. The workouts that I've been doing have been including weightlifting, swimming, as well at court work to stay in shape.

Those that follow my twitter may have seen some of the videos of the dunks I've been doing for fun after my workouts. When putting these videos together I've had many people tell me that I need to show some of the drills I do. So from now on I'm going to try and do a weekly update of the training that I'm doing this off season!!!

2011 NBA DRAFT

Hello World,

I've been gone away from my blog spot for the longest due to a crazy year filled with ups and downs. Finally I found time to think and clear my thoughts while on the beach on Florida where has been my place of residence throughout this NBA pre-draft process. I've dealt with all criticism for my decision to forego my senior season as a Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket, I understand peoples perspectives fully and take all criticism as productive criticism and have been working diligently to be better which has help drive me through the workouts that I've been to as well as the Draft Combine in Chicago.

The opportunity ahead of my is a blessing that I'm extremely thankful for. Basketball is my anti-drug, my hobby, what keeps me out of trouble and so much more! To be in a class of the elite players in the World is an honor and an opportunity I won't take for granted. In my heart I know I'm ready and this summer I will be spending all my time in the gym and taking care of my money maker (my body) haha.

I want to thank all those people that are close to me and support what I do, to every fan that ever cheered for me, to those back home that follow my progress because the support and strength that you all help to provide me with helps me tremendously and means the world to me.

As my phone vibrates on my hip throughout the day I know that sometimes I don't get to respond to everyone or respond on time because I'm busy but to those that know me know that if I could I would talk to EVERYONE! I never want people to feel that I've changed for the wrong, changes will happen but IMAN will be IMAN!!!!

First Game

This friday marks the first game of the regular season. We got all the jitters out when we played Clark Atlanta for our exhibition game and now it's time for the real thing. No holding back...no more trying things out. We are playing to improve on our road back to the NCAAs. If you aren't doing anything friday please come out and show your support.
